Please determine if eligible on our website at www.nuwellnessclinic.ca Service fee includes: - Thorough and individual assessment encompassing your complete medical history, coupled with an exploration of your personal goals. - ​In-depth blood work and hormone level investigation - An individualized treatment plan based off the assessment and your needs - The initial consultation includes a 2 week follow-up to review blood, prescription if indicated and support on how to safely use your medication. If more time is required, a 30 minute follow-up appointment is recommended. - Evidence based diet and exercise recommendation - Following this initial consultation and 4 week follow-up is recommended
